See image below.

In English: Something went wrong and the account has not been verified. Other functions in MS Teams do not give this error-message, only Planner does.

Hope to hear form you.

Kind regards,

Lucy de Vries

  1. Check whether the issue persists by adding the new tab (Planner) to the same team.

The error occurs in a guest environment. We have our own MS Teams and we are added to an external team. A collegae of mine experiences the error in that environment.

  1. Can you open the error occurred Planner tab in the Planner App without any error?

Via the Planner App we cannot address the guest environment

  1. Can you open the other Planner tabs located in the other teams or the other channels.

Other Planner tabs result to the same error.

  1. Try to open the problematic Planner tab in the Teams application and check whether if the issue occurs or not.

    Yes! Apparently that does work.

  1. Try to sign in to the Office by using the different browser (Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer etc.) and check whether the issue persists or not.

Another browser does not resolve the issue.

Thank you for your support! We shall from now on use the MS Team Application to address the guest environment.
