Central Policy Store

I'm creating a central policy store for my domain. I've 3 domain controllers in place and I've pasted the policydefinitions folder into the primary domain controller. As per below article it mentioned to restart the domain controller for the policy to be available.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/client-management/mdm/enroll-a-windows-10-device-automatically-using-group-policy

Should I just restart the primary domain controller or I have to restart all other domain controllers?

Thank you.

Hello @Marcus Wong Theen Nam ,

    Thank you for posting here.

Q: Should I just restart the primary domain controller or I have to restart all other domain controllers?
A: Yes, you should just restart the primary domain controller.

Based on the description "Wait for the SYSVOL DFSR replication to be completed and then restart the Domain Controller for the policy to be available.", it means you should wait for policydefinitions folder to be replicated to all Domain Controllers.

Hope the information above is helpful to you.

Should you have any question or concern, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,
