Microsoft Access database. imported data deleting after updating

Hi community,

hope someone can help? I have a database working and one section is giving me trouble. I import shipping details in the shipping tab and "import" The data goes over to a update shipping invoice tab and the data is there.

When i select one or a few invoices and update the database will update, however it then deleted the unselected rows and this appears across all fields on the tab (#Deleted)  

The invoices get updated and removed but the unselected rows delete and i have to import all data again. 

this is the only errors im getting and need some pointers from you folks as to what might be causing this?

The data going in looks fine (46 columns which match the import sub form in access) 

Any ideas would be greatly welcomed

    To confirm your situation, would you please provide the following information to us?

    1. Would you please share the detailed steps with us about how you reproduce the problem? In order to be more intuitive, you can provide a reproduce video to us via Private Message.
    2. Does this problem only happen to this database?
    3. Please provide the Access version to us, you can check it in File > Account.
