Product Key Invalid

I bought a microsoft package from ThinkEDU and the product key is not working. It is saying it is invalid and it will not let me log into my school account.

This is the error code it is giving me:

Error code: TOKEN_NOT_FOUND

    You will need to contact a Microsoft Support agent so they can provide you a valid download link to the software.

    Please contact support and they will be able to investigate and determine whats the cause.
