Browse Button Does Not Work

When I click the browse button to open up a file to insert something, it doesn't do anything.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Word | For home | Windows

    I'm afraid I do not know what you mean by "the browse button."

    Hi, i hope you're doing good today.

    Try opening word in safe mode.

    Windows + R, then type winword /safe

    Disable the addins

    And try opening word in normal mode again.

    If that does not work perform an Office repair
