Form ID does not include all current forms

I am trying to create a flow for approval using Forms. When trying to choose the Form Id from the drop down of Forms "Unique Identifier of the form". I am presented with an old choice list which includes many deleted forms. And this list does not show Group Forms only those listed are from My Forms. Under Create item - Site Address do not include all SharePoint sites. Older sites addresses show up but none of the newer sites are listed nor can they be enter as a custom value?

SharePoint seems to be corrupted. How do I get my SharePoint data in sync?

Thanks, Wiston3939

    Hi Winston,

    Per my tests and research about Forms and Flows, I assume that your concern is about this Microsoft Flow template:

    I also found that the suggested forms and SharePoint sites showing in the dropdown list is related the frequency of their usage.

    Besides, to add a form that is not in the suggested list, you may try the following steps based on my test:

    1. Click Enter custom value in the bottom of the list;

    1. Copy the Form ID from the URL of the form:

    1. Paste the Form ID into the input box.

    To add a SharePoint site that is not in the suggested list, the process is similar:

    1. Click Enter custom value;

    1. Scroll up back to the Site Address box and paste the site URL into it.

    Best Regards,

    Nathan
