Word for MAC: Version 15.33

I have a letter I print multiple times a month. It is on my letter head, as the header has my logo and the footer has my contact information. I change only the body.

Just today, it stopped printing the header. The footer continues to print. I have read other posts, and I do not have FILE, OPTION, available to me.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Jim

    WARNING!! WARNING!! WARNING!!

Under no circumstances acknowledge, look at, or go to the Telephone numbers listed as Online Support. There two replies on this thread alone that references such a Number. It's a Form of SPAM. I have reported one of these. The Forum Operators are trying there best to plug up this problem. If you call, the number chances are you will be charged by the second you are on the Phone, and then be given bogus information which may collect passwords and CC card numbers. It's a shame and disgrace that the world has become as crooked as it has become. But, that is the current situation.

    Word for MAC: Version 15.33

That most likely is your problem...

That version is roughly 18 months out of date. Your software presently should be at 16.15 [or later for Insiders]. Use Help> Check for Updates to bring the software current. If Microsoft AutoUpdate [MAU] doesn't retrieve the updates it may be that it is obsolete as well. If so, use the links below to download the updates:

    MAU:   ![](https://macadmins.software/icons/mau4.png)

    Office:   ![](https://macadmins.software/icons/suite.png)

Restart your Mac after updating the software.

Also confirm that you macOS is current & check the mfr's web site tyo see if there are any more recent drivers/firmware for your model of printer.

    Hi,

I do not have a Mac and am writing from my experiences with the Windows version. That version is similar, but the two are not the same. While I've used Word on a Mac, that was a long time ago. Nevertheless, I hope that I can be of some help.

Generally File > Options in Windows translates to Word > Preferences on the Mac.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if you have any more questions or require further help.

    Regards
