Excel Movable Boxes

Question

I am trying to set up 4 to 6 boxes of information, (4 columns wide and 20 rows), that I can grab, move and interchange. The boxes or groups of information exceed visual range and it helps to put 2 groups next to each other for comparison. Best case is to be able to pull group 5 over to replace say group 2 and all groups slide to the right. Flouting boxes.

Thank you for asking and no apology needed it is a complicated question. I have a set of data perimeters that will have different values and I need to have side by side for comparison. What I would like to see if possible is to have (example below) data 3 box be able to move where data 2 is and data 2 automatically slide to the right. Is there a way in excel to create a box that can move like that?
