Count rows using microsoft flow in sharepoint list by column value

Hi all,

I tried to set up a microsoft flow which retrieves all items within a sharepoint list, and subsequently count the rows by some column value. When this list is approximately smaller than 250 rows, it is possible to retrieve all items using the Get Items and count them and get a result. However when this list gets too long, then the Get Items will fail, resulting in a 503 error. Even using pagination set to 100.

Is it even possible to use large quantities of rows? How did you tackle this problem?

Thanks

Hi Jhorie,

Sorry for what happened to you.

Since you can run that flow normally when this list is approximately smaller than 250 rows and encountered 503 error message when the list is larger. That means this Microsoft Flow may meet some issue within it.

To get dedicated support of Microsoft Flow, I'd like to suggest you post a new thread in Microsoft Flow Community. It is a community that handles this kind of issue. Thanks for your understanding.

Regards,

Neo
