Hello

We have users OneDrive that showing multiple owners for every file.

The user themselves (who should obviously be an owner) and two other global admin accounts that shouldnt and such the files are not private.

Is there a way to find out how this happened?

How can we check everyone OneDrive permission to make sure they are correct too?

Many Thanks Rob

There were multiple owners. We have logged a call with Microsoft to find out how.

Thanks again Rob

    Hi Rob,

First, I would like to explain that the OneDrive only has one owner by default.

According to your description, the situation is that you have add other users as owner of your OneDrive, if you didn't want to add the users as owner, please try the following steps to remove them:

    1. Access to OneDrive.
    2. Click Settings.
    3. Select Site settings.
    4. Click Site collection administrators.
    5. Remove the users who you didn't want.

    Thanks,

    Qing
