Hello TheSteenaa,

First of all, I want to confirm if you mean that the Outlook application is missing when you sign in Office 365 portal? If yes, then it means that you are not assigned the Exchange Online license. You can check the licenses assigned to you by clicking the profile picture->My account->Subscriptions. If you see that you don’t have an Exchange Online license, please contact the Office 365 admins in your organization and let them assign you the Exchange Online license.

If I misunderstand you, please feel free to correct me and let me know the details.

Regards,

Rick
