Word simple markup color coded

I am using Word 2016 and tracking changes in a document, editing with several other people.

There are too many edits to have all markup shown, but edits are neatly color coded by their author.

Under simple markup, sideline is a sea of red - all edits are marked, but without a way to distinguish who corrected which part of the document.

I am using "show markup -> specific people"... but it gets very tedious to keep doing it.

Is there a way to make simple markup color coded instead?

Thanks!
