I receive one mail for get a ebook, however when i clic the link, the webpage go crash.

I'm sorry to hear your face in this issue. I know that it is extremely frustrating.
I just tried it myself as well and I get a page from my ISP telling me that the page I'm trying to go to is not available URL. It appears that the link is broken.
I would recommend providing feedback to Microsoft about this via the feedback hub on a Windows computer. You can access the feedback Hub by pressing the Windows key + f on the keyboard.

So you might want to try it again and/or use a different browser (I used Chrome to check the link)
