Hi David,

Greetings. If this email account has an Office Online license assigned, you can look emails for this account by logging into Outlook Web app via this link: https://outlook.office.com/owa/.

Also, If this account has a license to download Office apps, you can sign inOffice 365 portalto download and install Office suit:

After you successfully install Office suit, you can configure this account in Outlook client and check emails in the Outlook desktop client. For your reference: Add an email account to Outlook.
