I'm using word and its saying I need to log on to my account and each time I log on its saying not the right email registered with Microsoft but its the same one I use its really frustrating I havnt used my laptop in a while is this why?

    Hi Amy, 

    In this case, it will be best to sign into the Microsoft account where you associated your Office 365 and then verify the status of your subscription. Use this link as your reference. Check if your Office 365 subscription is still active or already expired. If you'll not see an Office subscription under the account, it means that you've associated the Office 365 subscription to a different Microsoft account. 

    If your Office subscription is active, there is a possibility that you are experiencing the issue due to an application related error. To address this concern, I suggest performing an Office repair. It is also a good practice to make sure that your Office apps are always up to date.
