hello

I have an 5 year old hp stream which previously had office 365, I hadn't used the laptop for a few years but now need, as the 365 had expired i just purchased office 365 again, it seemed to download ok but when I try and open up excel etc it still states unlicenced product and will not work

    If you haven't used the HP for a while did you run winupdate before trying anything else? - would imagine, if a few years it would take some time to fully update and many re-boots would be required.

    If you log on to the MS Account in your browser does that show this latest purchase? https://office.com/myaccount
