Split from this thread.

Hi,

We have the same problem with lists based on the Issue Tracking template.

Our users are a mixture of iOS and Android. All users can add and edit items on all lists on both PC and their mobile device. Android users cannot add or edit items on Issue Tracking lists. This is a major problem for us as we are expecting our users out in the field to be able to update Issue Tracking on demand via their phones.

Hi Edwin,

It is a limitation for SharePoint mobile app on Android, there isn't a "+" in Issue Tracking lists for adding or editing items.

We understand it would be convenient if we can edit in Issue Tracking lists on Android. Given this, we welcome and suggest you send feedback to UserVoice, it is the best way to let the related team know your ideas, many features are developed or upgraded based on users' comments.

Thanks for your understanding.

Tina

Is this really something I should be suggesting to Microsoft as an "idea"? Being able to add and edit items is a basic requirement! This functionality already exists in the iOS app.
