Using Mircorsoft office with a subscription for family and a separte subscription for work

I have a personal subscription for Office 365 and another subscription for Office 365 for work (separate emails) and work requires me to use Microsoft Teams. How do I manage this on a Mac so I can get into everything I need? Is there someway to swap accounts without having to sign out of one?

Do you mean you want to switch Teams account in Teams client?

Microsoft Teams now provide support within Teams desktop to be able to add one personal account, along with one work/school account, change their profile picture, and switch between accounts and organizations through Settings. The roadmap shows it for your reference:
