Insert Online Picture Error

In Word on Office 365 I am trying to insert online pictures.  When I click on that option, I get a very generic !!!ERROR!!! message with the little yellow triangular warning icon.  I used to get the Bing search page, searched for pictures and inserted them just fine.  Please help.

    Hello
    A lot of people reporting problem with this.
    Try cleaning the temp folder
    Make sure your disk is no full
    Clean cookies

    Click File | Options | Trust Center | Trust Center Settings | Privacy Options. Is the option to let Office connect to online services selected?
