    Hi ShubhamKumar,

Thanks for your posting in our forum. You may refer to the article below to change the registry. Based on my test in Office 2016 in Windows, it works( the path I used is Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun\REGISTRY\MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\COM Compatibility).

Cannot insert certain scriptable ActiveX controls into Office 2013 documents

WARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Edit at your own risk.

Meanwhile, we would like to share with you that Office 365 subscribers can no longer download or install Office 2013 on PC from the Office 365 portal or My Account page. And the support for the 2013 versions of Office 365 client applications ended on February 28, 2017. To get the newest feature and better support, we kindly suggest you download Office 2016 from Office 365 portal.

    Regards,

    Zixuan
