    Hi OTG Admin,

When you say “We have a user who sent out a newsletter”, may I know whether the user sending bulk commercial email?

Does this issue happen with every recipient or specific recipient?

If it is happen to specific recipient then please contact the recipient side admin (some other means e.g. by phone/personal email) and tell them to add your sending IP addresses/ email address or domain to their allowed/safe senders list to see whether the problem still occurs.

Moreover, please provide us with the derailed non delivery report (NDR) via the Private Message for further analysis.

    Best regards,

    Shyamal
