Microsoft Flow "not finding" in excel

Attached is ny microsoft form and flow. I have two problems with it.

  1. the get a [group]Manufacturing Engineer/PLS Engineer does not work
    I keep getting the error saying cannot find the RDManufacturing Engineer when it is in the excel.
    1. There used to be an old microsoft form where the ID would be generated off the response # from the microsoft form. Since I made a new form how would I generate an ID that would still be in the same numbering. So when a person submits a response to the form the ID would be 458 and so on
