Access Opens as Read-Only

Access is only opening files as "read-only" even though the property box for read-only is unchecked. The title of Access also reads as an "unlicensed product" even though I have purchased office 365.

    I believe this is by design. If an Office application thinks you are unlicensed, it will not behave as-normal after some grace period. You may want to ask a question in the "Install, Upgrade, and Activate" forum.
