API to determine health status of each Front Door endpoint.

We have Front Door setup that periodically checks the health of 2 endpoints (primary region with high priority and secondary region with lower priority). If primary regional stops responding to health checks, Front Door starts directing traffic to secondary region.

I need to query, what region is now working, i.e. if Front Door currently directs traffic primary or secondary region, or if Front Door currently considers primary region to be unhealthy.

Is there API for this, if so can anyone please point me to it.
