VBA Immediate Window - repeating a command

In DOS, you can use the up arrow to "repeat" a previous command (so you can then edit it, etc.).

Is this function possible in VBA? If so, how?

Hi,

Try it. I regularly use the up arrow key and the mouse/trackpad in the immediate window to repeat and edit commands. The screenshot shows the insertion point moved back up into a command that was run.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if you have any more questions or require further help.

Regards

Unless some genius discovers something, as far as I know, this is not possible. But this is an interesting ask. You should demand this feature request. There are 2 ways to give this feedback -

    1. Open Excel > File > Feedback > Send a Frown
    2. Through Uservoice - Click the following link to see the feedback of others and to provide feedback - https://excel.uservoice.com/
