Infopath Not Responding

Overview

  • Windows 10
  • Office 365 2016
  • Infopath 2013

We have used previous version of Infopath without issue (this specific form).  This issue only started after the upgrade.

It allows us to complete 1 or 2 forms (successfully) and then the program goes not responding. There is no way for us to recover.

We have already tried the following with no help.

To clear InfoPath cache, you can do as: Start > run > Infopath /cache clearall.

Also repair InfoPath 2013, after finishing, reboot your machine, and test again, compare the result.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Wcsinc,

    I try creating some forms from my side and it seems that InfoPath Designer 2013 works well.

    According to my research, some users have the same issue and it is fixed after they sign out their account, you can have a try to see if it helps.

    To better understand your situation and provide help for you, please help confirm some information:

    1. Could you please share all reproduce steps with me so that I can test from my side?
    2. For the not responding, are there any error messages or crash reports? Or just not responding and quit itself?
    3. If you create some blank forms, will the issue happen?
