Error Message in Excel

I am attempting to open a Excel file and keep getting the following message:

      I am not trying to printer the document just open it.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | For home | Windows

    The message is as follows:

    'Your file could not be printed due to an error on accounts HP254DW on. There are several possible reasons:'

    It then lists three reasons.  I am not trying to print the file just open it up.  It seems to only do this on the one file and no others.

    I think you tried to post a picture which didn't come through. Could you please repost the picture or the error message?

    Also let me know if this is the problem with only a single Excel file not with all files.
