    Your Excel won't break.

So, i already have a sheet where i have used merely the = of the pivot sheet.

If i change the data label (row/column) to does not equal blank and then change the data source in all pivots my excel shouldn't break. Right?

    Thanks and thanks in  advance

If you choose full column reference, then yes.

Otherwise you can use Structure Table approach also which is the easiest approach.

Visualized it and seems okay. Will check this out later in the day and xondiem. Thanks.

The key here is the does not equal in labels. Thanks

You will need to create dynamic pivot tables so that you don't need to change data source.

I have written a blog article on this. You will be able to understand the concepts and various ways to make this.
