I can't create custom size matrix. I found some answers say 'Insert>Extra Row' or something like that. But there is none. So, how can I make bigger matrix than 3x3 ?

Is this an equation that you created with Microsoft's equation editor (on the Insert tab)? In that case, you should right-click in an existing matrix and choose one of the options on the Insert sub menu, such as Insert | Insert Row After.

LOL. Let's try this. Insert > Equation > Insert New Equation. Now click on Matrix (screenshot for matrix).

Just so you know. There you to be Insert > Object > Object > Create New. There used to be an Equation Editor, but I don't see it anymore. I'm telling you that in case you watched a video and they used the Equation Editor.

Just to confirm, the Equation Editor has been removed from Word. Microsoft support article confirms it. https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Equati...

Hello Ordinaryone. A Matrix in Word is created by going to Insert > SmartArt > Matrix > Selecting one > OK. One screenshot. If that isn't what you want, can you explain what you want to do in a table?

If you want the table to be bigger than 3x3, use Insert > Table for a new table. For an existing table, click inside the table, click Table Tools> Layout and use Insert Above/Below or Insert Left/Right.

Hello and thank you for your attention. Unfortunately I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. I mean mathematical matrices in equations.
