received email from ******@email.microsoftrewards.com mentioning that I have to revalidate my email or it account include one drive will be de-activated, the problem is there is nothing wrong with my account as I have been using it on 6 devices without problem, why re-validate and furthermore the email address that the message came from doesn't have the green shield  at the end, could this be a phishing email

    Hi dannyyfchoongprojaya,

It's possible that it could be a phishing e-mail, however Microsoft will send those out if you don't sign into your OneDrive account through a web browser, at least once a year.

The safest thing to do is not click any links in the e-mail, but sign into your account directly at onedrive.live.com. That way your account will remain active.
