The Syntax of This Name Isn't Correct

I have two tabs with the same column names for both. See the pic below.

This is my formula. It calculates date due based on severity. :

=IF([@Severity] = 3, [@[Date Found]] + 90, IF([@Severity] > 3, [@[Date Found]] + 30, IF([@Severity] < 3, [@[Date Found]] + 180)))

This works on one tab. It doesn't work on the other tab. This is the message I get.

How do I get this to work on the second tab of the same document?

    Hi HBU,

Here are my test steps, please have a look:

    1. I create a new table with the same Title and contents as you mentioned.
    2. Copy your formula and paste it in cell B2, B3 then click enter.

After that, I can run the formula successfully:

That means the formula is correct. To troubleshoot this issue, please follow the prompt info to make sure all contents are correct. You can also copy your table into a new worksheet to check if you can run your formula normally.

If this issue persists, please share with me more info as below:

    1. Screenshot of the detailed version number of your OS(Click Win+R>type CMD>OK) and Office(File>Account>Product Information e.g. 180x build xxx).
    2. Does this prompt info persist in other formulas?

    Regards,

    Neo

    Version 1808 Build 10730.202080

This has nothing to do with my question. The build isn't going to affect whether or not this software performs a basic date calculation that works on one tab but not the other. It's broken from the very initial installation. How do I fix it?

    Hi HBU,

Yes, you are right. The build may not have influence with this issue, let's focus on the error message.

Since I can run your formula normally, that means this issue may be related to contents in your cells. Please double check your cells to make sure all of the contents are correct. You can also create a new workbook to see the outcome.

Please have a try and share with me your result.

    Regards,

    Neo
