Hi Ammar,
From the error message, it seems the file is corrupted for some reason. For example, problems with file corruption typically happen when the file is stored on a USB device that is disconnected while the device is
open in Windows.
Because it is corrupted, sharing the specific document file with us will not allow us to download. When we open it, it will prompt up an error notification and there’s no way to download it for us to try to fix it.
Based on this situation, I would suggest you create a folder in your OneDrive, put the file into the folder, then share the folder with us.
In the meantime, you can try any steps in Open a document after a file corruption error and
How to troubleshoot damaged documents in Word to see the result.
However, please understand that not all the corrupt file can be recovered. To avoid such an issue in the future, you can always make a copy, or store the important file in OneDrive or SharePoint Online. As the version history feature of OneDrive or
SharePoint Online is easy for us to restore a previous version of the file.
Thanks,
Rena
