Hello,
I am hoping someone could help me figure out our issue or where to start. We run a program called Salespad to scan and ship items. We are having issues with it crashing on us when we click a certain button. I have copied the error log below. We have already increased our memory and added a new sound card to the computer but it still continues to happen.
Salespad does not feel the issue is on their end as they cannot recreate the issue. We RDP into the app and we have a sound file residing on our server that is used if a wrong item is scanned. We have Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows 10 Pro. Does anyone have any more information you can gather from the error log below?
