Excel export temp file

I use a third party software, dotnet client. The program produces an excel file into 

C:\Users\larsh\AppData\Roaming\Pricka\Pricka Konto\Temp

Nothing strange...

But since awhile some users get old data in these files, only on Excel 365. 

Any clues?

    Hi Alex,

    I work for Pricka and our developers find it strange that this issue only occur on Excel365 and no other excelversions..
