Error when assigning Room delegate

We have been having issues assigning a room's delegate. When we select the user, an error pops up: "The operation couldn't be performed because matches multiple entries."

We don't find the conflicting address or user . We have done in others rooms with no issues at all

Any ideas??

Hello!

The issue might be caused by a conflicting name .

Try connecting to office Powershell : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/exc...
Then run this command:

set-calendarprocessing “******@yourdomain.com” –ResourceDelegates delegateuser@your domain.com

best regards

carlos

You'll get that message is 2 accounts have similar names. Type the email address (or alias) in the field instead of selecting a user.
