Does the issue happen in Excel Online or Excel 2016?
If it happens in Excel 2016, I’d like you to confirm whether you have updated to the latest version of the Excel 2016 application. If no, update the version first, restart the computer and then do a test to see and let us know the result. Meanwhile, upload a full screenshot of the Account page in the Excel 2016 application you are using for our reference. You can access the page via File>Account.
Note: Remove any private information before uploading the screenshots.
You can also navigate to Control Panel>Programs>right-click on the Office 2016 applications’ icon>Change>Repair and then restart the computer to check the result. Please also check if the issue happens in a specific file and list the detailed steps about how you filter the data and save the file to cloud before the issue happens.
