cannot switch windows 11 insiders from Dev to Beta

Question

I have been on the windows 10 insiders ring for years. i was able to upgrade to windows 11 somehow without any hacks despite not having a TPM module. i now have a message stating i really should swith from Dev to Beta but when i try to Beta is grayed out and cannot be selected and i see a message stating my PC cannot run windows 11 and i need to go back to windows 10.

how is it saying i cant run windows 11 when i already am and it was offered through the insiders ring and i did not make any hacks and mods to my system. and why cant i switch to beta anymore?
