Microsoft To-do tasks steps got missing

i use Microsoft To Do on web and ios. It works perfectly on ios. But on web, some steps of the tasks got disappear/not showing up. But when i check my phone again, the steps still here. I try to sync the tasks by refreshing the web. But it seems all tasks are synced. Only certain steps inside the tasks disappear. How to fix this problem? Thanks

    Apologies for the troubles! Can you try signing out from your account on the web app and signing back in please? Do those steps still not show up after that?
