I would like to confirm if you see the following behavior:
You open Planner from Office 365 app launcher, from Planner Hub*, you click the name of the plan. Click any existing task, type in* Comment box and hit Send*. Now you close the task (by clicking the cross icon on the top right corner of the task window), once you re-open the task, you see all the comments are gone*
If yes, the issues you have described can not be reproduced on my side. To narrow down the issue, please share with us the below information:
- Please confirm if it occurs to a new plan and the number of affted plan. Are all the plans affected?
- Do comments show if you try different browser and InPrivate one?
- Does the issue occur to other people in your organization? Is the issue related to your account?
- If possible, please test your account on another computer in private network to check results.
