OneNote Incomplete Sync, Error code 0xE4020002

As mentioned in the title, when my notebook attempts to sync I receive the error code 0xE4020002. This is accompanied with the status message:

We're sorry, something went wrong during sync. We'll try again later. (Error code: 0xE4020002)

This has been happening for the past few days.

    Thanks, I had encountered that potential fix and checked this. It was not running. However, starting the service did not solve the issue.

    In the end, I had to create a temporary notebook, drag all my tabs into that new notebook until the old one was empty, at which point both notebooks synced without issue. Then I dragged everything back into the old notebook and it synced right away. I deleted the temporary notebook and that was the end of it.

    As best as I can figure, it may have had to do with some kind of file corruption.

    Hi,

    Can you check the WebClient service. It has to be running
