Thanks, I had encountered that potential fix and checked this. It was not running. However, starting the service did not solve the issue.
In the end, I had to create a temporary notebook, drag all my tabs into that new notebook until the old one was empty, at which point both notebooks synced without issue. Then I dragged everything back into the old notebook and it synced right away. I deleted the temporary notebook and that was the end of it.
As best as I can figure, it may have had to do with some kind of file corruption.
