Wrong user in comment

Hello MS community

I'm having an issue when I write a comment; the username is incorrect. All settings are good.

This situation gets corrected when I reboot but it reappears after a few days without reboot.

How can this situation be corrected.

Hi Stéphane,

To check if this scenario is related to your settings, please click File>Options>General>Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office to check your settings about your display name.

If this issue happens when you have the right name setting, please Start your Office in safe mode to see the outcome. If this issue doesn't happen in safe mode, please click File>Options>Add-ins>To disable Add-ins one by one to check which one caused this case.

Besides, please also share with me more info as below to let me have a better understanding of your scenario:

1. The detailed version number of your OS(Click Win+R>type CMD>OK) and Office(File>Account>Product Information e.g. 180x build xxx).

2. Does this issue happen to all documents even newly created ones or only related ones?

Have you checked my reply above? Did you check your name settings of Office and try to reboot your Mac in safe mode? Do the names become normally now? Do you still need any help? Please share with me your recent progress when you are free.
