Me

so I take hand written notes with my Microsoft surface pen on my print-outs that i download onto  one note, but one note took all of my hand written notes and placed them at the bottom of the prinout out in random order in a vertical line all messed up and illegible. I am very confused and the undo button will not work . what do i do?? I use the draw function to write my notes next to the printed out slides and now they are just vertically on the bottom ( all letters separated and are literally vertically lined up on the bottom). I have finals and my notes are messed up, if anyone could help I would appreciate it SO MUCH. I use the onenote for windows 10

    Hi AMFT,

I would like to know more about the issue you're experiencing with your notebook. Please verify the following information:

    • Is the issue isolated to a single notebook?
    • Are you experiencing the same issue when you access the notebook on OneNote Online?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
    • What is the OS Build of your Windows 10 device? Select the Start button, go to Settings > System > About. Scroll down to Windows specifications to find this information.
    • Can you send us a screenshot of the issue? Please do not include any personal information in the screenshots.

For now, I suggest running the Windows apps troubleshooter. This tool will scan your Windows 10 device for any issues with your apps and fix them for you. You can get the tool from this page.

We'll be waiting for your response.
