I would like to know more about the issue you're experiencing with your notebook. Please verify the following information:
- Is the issue isolated to a single notebook?
- Are you experiencing the same issue when you access the notebook on OneNote Online?
- What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
- What is the OS Build of your Windows 10 device? Select the Start button, go to Settings > System > About. Scroll down to Windows specifications to find this information.
- Can you send us a screenshot of the issue? Please do not include any personal information in the screenshots.
