Getting this error: Application error occurred. Please try again later. CS012-002

When trying to conduct a "Security & Compliance" search in O365 tenant, IE 11

I've tried different computers, resetting of IE but get same message. I have a support case open with MS, pending call back.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Subscription, account, billing | For home | Windows
