Calculating cost for additional custom sized disk

Hi there,

I'm aware of how to see the cost of adding a predetermined sized disk e.g. 4/8/16/32 gb etc....

But if I add a disk to an existing VM and give it a size that is outside of that set sizing, how do I calculate cost? For example, if I add a 6tb disk to an existing VM, I just want to know how much that addition will cost.

If you have a 6TiB disk size you will be charged the next available size which should be 8TiB. You can find more info in the FAQ here and on the pricing page. So even though you are only choosing a 6TiB disk size you will be charge for 8TiB. You also might find our pricing calculator helpful, you can add additional disks to your VM in the calculator to see the cost.
