Office 2016 Installed 32bit Software

I have installed Microsoft Office Professional Pro Plus 2016 and since I already had Office 2007 32bit it installed the 32bit by default when I wanted 64bit

I downloaded the following file

https://officecdn.microsoft.com/db/492350F6-3A01-4F97-B9C0-C7C6DDF67D60/media/en-US/ProPlusRetail.img

I have mounted ProPlusRetail.img and see there is a folder named "Office", in that there is a file named "Setup64.exe", if I run this will it replace my 32bit Office software with 64bit?

If the above is not possible how can I install Office 2016 64bit whilst keeping Office 2007?

One basic question you didn't ask: Should I install the 64-bit version of Office?

Unless you are unusual, the answer to that question is "no."

For most users, the 32-bit version is preferable.

You can't install 64bit Office with a 32 bit version installed which begs the question - why do you want to retain '2007?

Actually, it will tell you to remove the 32 bit version of Office 2007 before you can install. 32 and 64 bit versions of Office cannot co-exist or be upgraded from.
