"Value does not fall within the expected range" when Restoring a document from Recycle Bin

We accidentally deleted a document from Microsoft Teams files. I'm in the Recycle bin trying to restore the doc under SharePoint, and when I click restore an error message pops up "Value does not fall within the expected range". I don't know what that means. But due to that error, the document won't restore to our files. We need that document back. Please help.

    Hi Christina,

Are the affected library which has a list view of exceeding 5,000? If yes, I suggest you move some files to multiple libraries and then do a test to see the result.

Does the issue happen in a specific file? Could you list the detailed reproducing steps of the issue you are experiencing?

    Thanks,

    Cliff
