According to all the error message, the notebook may be deleted.
I would like to explain that if the notebook has been deleted on OneDrive, it will still display on Recently list.
If it has been deleted, you still can see the notebook if you didn’t close it, but it can’t be synced.
Besides, you can find the notebook on OneDrive recycle bin. (Access to OneDrive>click Recycle bin)
For further narrow down the issue, I want to collect the following information:
- Where did you store the notebook, OneDrive or OneDrive for Business?
- Is the notebook shared by other user?
- The screenshot of the notebook on OneDrive if you still can find it.
