I can't sync my bloc. this happened when I change the name of the bloc on one drive. I try to opened from one note online, but it didn't still sync on my macbook and iPad

Hi Carlos,

Based on my tests in Mac, you may try the following steps to fix it:

  1. Save a copy of this notebook;
  2. Close this notebook and sign out your OneNote application;
  3. Sign in the OneNote application again;
  4. Go to the OneDrive website and open this notebook in OneNote Online;
  5. Click “Edit in OneNote”.

If the above steps could not fix it, please provide us the following information so that we could further assist you:

  1. Do the other notebooks have this issue too?
  2. Please click OneNote in the top menu > About OneNote, and capture a screenshot of the version information.
