So I was clearing some space for my pc and then I tried to open up PowerPoint ,but it keeps on saying C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\POWERPNT.EXE

The specified path does not exist.

Check the path and then try again.

I don't have that path and I am a bit bothered that I can't get on PowerPoint. Can somebody please tell me how to fix it?

    Think the problem is a result of the opening sentence in your post.

    Regardless of how things arrived at this stage, if you're missing that folder path, you won't have any access to any Office program - not just PowerPoint.

    To correct the problem you can do a complete Online Repair of your Office installation by

    1. going to Control Panel --> Programs and Features
    2. locate Office 365 in the list
    3. select <Change> --> Online Repair

    If for any reason the above doesn't work, then you would need to log into the MS Account that was used to purchase Office Home and re-install the software
