I am having the same issue. Are you saying we just need to delete the directory Library\Application Support\com.microsoft.autoupdate.fba? How do i find this on my mac? Do I still need to uninstall my entire drive?
To find that location, you would just open a Finder window, click on your hard drive on the left (usually named "Macintosh HD"), then on the right, navigate through the folders to "Library > Application Support > com.microsoft.autoupdate.fba" and delete and then empty your trash.
I tried this but when I try to delete it i get "operation can't be completd because an unexpected error occurred (error code 50)"

Hi Julia,
Did the issue still exist? Do you have any updates?
Thanks,
Qing
